CFCB NUTRITION - 60 DAY CHALLENGE & MORE

Since 2006, we have been helping people lose weight / body fat, gain muscle and increase performance. Our approach is simple, meet the person where they are, make small nutritional changes that have a big impact and hold that person accountable.

With hundreds of success stories ranging from that ‘last 5lbs’ to well over 100lbs of fat loss we’ve seen it all.

  • tailored nutrition program, complete with calorie and macro needs

  • weekly check-ins

  • unlimited email support

  • weekly email including education material, cardio workouts & more

  • Results!

$199 for CFCB members
$249 for non-members

Option2: Join our ongoing CFCB Nutrition Program. You can join this anytime.

The CFCB Nutrition Program includes:

  • Option to add on monthly PhysioGraph body composition tests at a 50% discount

CrossFit Kids @ CFCB Calgary - Fall Program

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program that promotes general fitness, inclusiveness, teamwork, confidence and yearning for improvement. Our focus is to develop young athletes that love exercise and appreciate the value of hard work.

Historically, we have run 2 programs. Kids (5-12) and Teens (13-19). This year, we're going to split the Kids program into Kids (5-8) and Big Dogz (9-12)!  This will allow more targeted programming for the variety of age groups.

The Fall 2018 program will run from the week of September 10 to December 20 with 3 options for participation:

1: The whole series (best value, best results)
2: Drop-in card (10 class drop-in pass)
3: Individual Drop-ins (Most flexible)

Below you will find the different age groups and times. Class size caps will be enforced to ensure safety and quality.

CrossFit KIDS: Ages 5-8 - Tuesdays and Thursdays 415-5PM
CrossFit BIG DOGZ: Ages 9-12 - Mondays and Wednesday 5-6PM
CrossFit TEENS: Ages 13-19 - Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6PM
