What is it?
A 6-week nutrition program that gets lasting results.
We'll sit down one on one and develop a nutrition & exercise plan that works for you. During this 30min one-on-one session we'll measure your body composition using our very own PhysioGraph technology and based on those results (and your goals) we'll design a program to help you reach your goals.
We design the program using foods you actually enjoy & provide you with a roadmap to get results. As a bonus, you'll get 6 weeks of cardio workouts that incinerate body fat and boost performance.
From there we will meet for some group education sessions (Tues @ 6pm). These sessions will give you all the knowledge you'll need to reach your goals and stay there for ever. Some of the topics covered: how to speed up your metabolism, how to eat to lose body fat, how to eat for performance & recovery, optimal meal timing, healthy eating on the go and more.
1/2 way through the program we'll meet one-on-one again for a progress check-in and PhysioGraph body composition test to see exactly how your body is responding to the nutrition & exercise changes.
We'll perform the PhysioGraph body composition test at the end of the 6 weeks as well. We've had people lose anywhere from 5 - 25lbs of fat and gain up to 3lbs of muscle during previous challenges just like this. We've even had people go on to lose 100lbs of body fat after the challenge ended.
