Hey Team,

It's Bring a Friend Day @ CFCB! Friends are welcome to jump in on any class this Friday! Please have them arrive a few minutes early to fill out the waiver and build the nervous tension ;)

We are testing an abbreviated version of the last workout for the CanWest Games online qualifier (from 2016) today.  Don't worry, there are some modifications available for your lovely friends. This one is all about your capacity to keep going for 12min. Don't go out too fast or this one will get tough quick!

The CanWest Games is a two part competition. Part 1: Online Qualifier. Part 2: Onsite Event (last weekend in July)
