Hey Team,

Week 1 of testing has gone exceptionally well. Back Squat PRs, Snatch PRs, Front Squat PRs, Strict Press PRs, Pull-up PRs, Dip PRs . . . the list goes on and on. Amazing work Team!

We are entering week 2 of testing and I hoping to see more of the same!

It behooves you (whatever that means) to start entering these numbers in Zen Planner (click your sign-in icon in Faceboard) so you/we can track your progress. After a few data points are entered you will start to see more technical analysis of your numbers in the software but it only works if you use it.

If you are unsure what I am talking about, ask one of the coaches during class and they will show you.

Here’s to a week of PRs and the upcoming Hatch Squat Program. Get ready to test the structural integrity of your jeans!
