Coach Kels is running a 2X/wk - 4 week gymnastics seminar series focusing on HSPU, HS Walking & Toes to Bar. During this time she will take you from “YOU” to “Gymnastics Ninja” by teaching you skills and working through drills & progressions. This small group class will give you a chance to speed up your development and lower your WOD times.
