How long have you been CrossFitting?
2 years in September!

What do you like best about CFCB?
I'm very competitive and enjoy being challenged mentally and physically each workout. Also, I liked the aspect of Crossfit covering all types of movements from gymnastics to olympic lifting and I love how there's always something to work on or learn and of course all the awesome people I get to suffer through wods with!

Favourite CF Movements:
HSPU, HEAVY back squats, burpees!

Least Favourite CF Movements:
I think everyone knows this already - Double Unders

What do you when you're not at CFCB?
When I'm not spending many hours here, I enjoy playing and watching hockey, coaching gymnastics to kids, sleeping, baking, puzzles, and quality time with my cat children

Who is your superhero alter-ego?
Catwoman because cats
