Hey Team,

3 Things:

1. Amazing work on 16.4 this weekend! Every week I'm more and more impressed with how hard everyone works!
2. We're going to run 16.5 this Friday @ CFS (instead of Sunday). Heat times will run from 11:30 - 2:30.
3. There will be no regular class on Friday but you are welcome to head to CFCB to the 9:30 or 11am class
