Hey Team,
This coming Saturday we are doing something new, innovative, exciting and straight-up awesome.

It's called REP THE BOX, and we need you.

We are pitting CFCB athletes and coaches against CFS athletes and coaches in a little head to head competition. Here's how it's going to work.

  1. There's 10 events (some strength, some cardio, some skill, some fun)
  2. You (yes you) register and pick 3 that you'd like to participate in
  3. Show up on Saturday dressed up similarly to your team, drink coffee, converse nervously with your team
  4. Compete with a smile on your face
  5. Accumulate points for you team
  6. Win trophy, receive high fives
  7. Eat, drink and be merry.

 

Yes, all levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Yes, dressing up is encouraged.

Yes, you should do it.

Yes, you will miss out on the awesome if you don't come.

Yes, you will regret not coming. Probably forever.
