Hey Team,

This phase / squat cycle is over! We have seen some BIG improvements in your squat form & I'm confident we'll see some huge PRs!

Speaking of PRs (smooth segue right?), this Saturday we are hosting our very own members-only-in-house competition, THE PR CHALLENGE. Rumour has it (I have insider information) there may be a squat test before a fun Chipper.

There are A LOT of people registered and we'd love to see more of you competing this weekend (friendly competing of course). We'll have coffee & fruit in the morning and wrap the comp up with beer & snacks. It's going to be a lot of fun! There will be 3 divisions (Rx, Intermediate, Novice) and there will be prizes (performance & ethos).
