Nutrition Challenge to Help You Get the Body You WANT

Hey Team,

Next week we begin the 8 week nutrition/weight loss/sports performance/be-a-better-person challenge (ok, that last part is totally up to you).

This challenge will begin with a weigh in & body composition test (don't worry, no pinching, no clothes-off) which will outline exactly what your body is made up of right now. We'll know pounds of fat, pounds of muscle, pounds of fluid and most importantly your BMR (calories your body needs).

From there, we'll design nutrition program using foods you actually enjoy. This is not a 'diet', we are going to help you change your body and keep it there.

After this one-on-one session we will begin meeting weekly as group to learn about nutrition strategies for weight loss/muscle gain & performance, in addition to meal timing, eating around exercise, and so much more.

To recap:

8 week nutrition challenge - male & female winners (best body comp change - muscle gain &/or fat loss)

3 Body Composition Measurements (beginning, middle, end)

Weekly nutrition seminar (7pm Wednesdays)

Initial body comp measurements the week of AUG 31. First group session: Sept 9.
