Meet Mac, our Summer 2018 Member of the Month!
Mac is an all around great person, not only does he give it his all in the gym, he gives it his all in the kitchen too! Mac has lost 30+lbs since starting CrossFit and continually strives to get better!

MOTM INTERVIEW:
CFCB: How long have you been doing CrossFit?
MAC: I've been CrossFitting with CFCB since Sept 2017, so a year.
CFCB: Can you tell us about some of your successes? 
MAC: Finally having that AHA moment with T2B and doing the Nutrition Challenge this past spring.
CFCB: What's your favourite CF movement? 
MAC: the Power Clean
CFCB: What do you hope doesn't show up in a WOD? 
MAC: I shudder when snatches show up
CFCB: What goals have you set for yourself? 
MAC: Goals for the future are to string together at least 20 double unders and work on my courage to get under the bar in squat cleans
