Coaches Notes

Hey Team,

You are getting a sneak peak of what the Open Prep programming looks like.

At the beginning of January we offered an add-on for our athletes that had 2 options:

1. ALL THE FITNESS

  • specific weakness programming including video analysis (HUGE value in my very biased opinion)
  • BIAS programming to bring all abilities to level
  • additional details in the programming including warmup, tech work, focus, pacing, scales etc.

2. BONUS FITNESS

  • 2X week programming on specific areas that need attention (most chose gymnastics)

In addition to all of this we meet as a group on Sunday morning where Christi and I coach the crap of of everyone. We program an Open WOD and run through coached drills prior to retesting the workout in a semi-competitive setting. Super fun.

We will be running another round of programming leading up to the CanWest Games in BC later this summer!

Yay for Fitness!
