WEDNESDAY: Front Positional Strength. Long high rep chipper (DUs, WBs, DB Snatch, T2B)
THURSDAY: Push Pull strength. Burner 3 rounder (KB & Box)
FRIDAY:  Grace. Squat Endurance.
SATURDAY: Heavy Snatch. Burner AMRAP w/ light snatch & box.
SUNDAY: Push Pull (w/ skill). Long mid rep AMRAP (Push press, pull-ups, lunges, DL)
