2 Teams & an Individual @ the Bridge City Beatdown in Saskatoon
Coach Fern & Terry Stevens finished 5th in the RX division! Coach Fitz & Darcy Vink finished 2nd in the Masters 1 division. Coach Kubik finished 7th in the Men's Elite Division!


1 Team at the Rock Mountain Crusher
Brad Kane & his wife Nicole along with Sarah King & Erik Kuhn crushed the Rocky Mountain Crusher this weekend in Canmore!


3 Teams doing the CrossFit Team Series
Team Kippin It Real: Arden, Riley, Andy & Tana wrapped up week 1 in epic fashion. Week 2 comes at the beginning of October!Team Kip it Tight: Coach Jane, JP, Conrad & Erika did all 4 workouts in one afternoon
Team Pints & PR's: Coach Christi, Coach Shana, Scott Janisch and yours truly will be taking on all 4 workouts tomorrow (likely 5 min before the submission deadline).

In other news, our first SUNDAY WOD was an hit. The Sunday fun was handstand walks & rope climb skill work and then an firebreathing adventure to follow. Don't miss next Sunday!!
